An L-shaped kitchen with a 45º corner gives a new feel to kitchen work. The central location of the cooker is also ergonomically good, since the cooker is easy to reach from all directions. The equipment in the worktop unit is selected to suit the required function: sink, electric hob, drawers, etc. These items are available in a number of colours and designs. The space below the worktop unit is left open for the user's knees and legs, although suspended cabinets with drawers or refuse bins can also be provided. Telescopic cover panels that give the kitchen a neat and tidy appearance conceal the installations on the wall below the unit (motor, water and drain plumbing and electricity). The up/down control enables the working height to be set to suit the work in hand. The motor runs quickly and quietly, and moves the worktop unit to the required working height. The height can be set to between 75 and 95 cm (incl. 3 cm thick worktop).
